Team Leadership & Hiring - Should onbaord team of 15+ team members.2. Sales & Target Achievement - Drive the team to achieve demat accounts and margins along with additional KRAs and should have a proven track record of the same.3. Business Growth & Strategy- Enhance business through innovative solutions and be accountable for cost v/s revenue .4.
