Position Overview:

As a Sales Head, you will be responsible for driving the overall sales strategy, leading and managing the sales team, and ensuring the company's growth and profitability in the jewelry market. This role requires a strategic thinker with extensive experience in sales, marketing, and team leadership within the luxury goods sector. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the jewelry industry, market trends, and customer preferences.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Sales Strategy Development:

    Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and market expansion goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities

    and revenue streams.
  • Team Leadership and Management:

    Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and professional development.
  • Customer Relationship Management:

    Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Market Research and Analysis and Trend Forecasting:

    Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behaviour.
  • Product Development and Launch:

    Collaborate with the product development team to provide market insights and feedback.
  • Sales Forecasting and Budgeting:

    Develop accurate sales forecasts and set realistic sales targets.
  • Brand Management and Promotion:

    Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute brand promotion strategies.
  • Sales Reporting and Analysis:

    Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:

    Utilize data analytics to inform sales strategies and decision-making and ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales metrics and KPIs.


  • Qualifications / Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience in a senior sales role within the jewelry or luxury goods industry (B2B).

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
