About Offto:

Offto is a new-age, commission-free travel platform that empowers hotels, resorts, and homestays to maximize their revenue through a fixed subscription model. We’re building a platform that bridges verified travelers with authentic properties across India – offering better deals for travelers and better profits for property owners.

We’re looking for a dynamic Sales Head to lead our regional/state-level property onboarding and build a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to onboard hotels, resorts, and homestays to the Offto platform
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of 10–50 field sales executives (scaling each month)
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual subscription sales targets
  • Identify high-potential properties and build strong relationships with property owners
  • Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and negotiations with property owners
  • Monitor team performance, set KPIs, and ensure timely reporting
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure smooth onboarding
  • Represent Offto at property expos, travel events, and networking opportunities
  • Ensure excellent property partner experience to build long-term partnerships

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of proven experience in sales leadership (hospitality/real estate/tech preferred)
  • Experience managing sales teams and driving target-based performance
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales and customer relationship management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to travel and meet property owners in person
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for travel and innovation

Pay: ₹25,927.38 - ₹80,000.00 per month
