Lineproof Engineering is looking for a Head of Sales to take charge of our sales strategy and drive growth in our mechanical seals, rotary joints/unions, bearing isolators, rubber & diaphragm products business. Job Summary The Head of Sales will take ownership of sales planning, execution, team leadership, customer relationships, market expansion, and revenue targets. You’ll report to senior management and be a key part of setting strategic direction for growth. Key Responsibilities  • Define and execute the sales strategy to meet or exceed revenue & margin targets.  • Lead, mentor, and grow the sales team (hiring, training, performance management).  • Identify new markets, channels, and customer segments; expand customer base.  • Maintain and develop relationships with key clients and stakeholders.  • Collaborate with engineering, product, operations & supply chain teams to ensure product quality, delivery timelines, and customer satisfaction.  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior leadership.  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and gather customer feedback to inform product & positioning decisions. What we are looking For  • Proven experience (5+ years) in sales leadership, preferably in mechanical seals / industrial / process equipment / engineering components.  • Strong track record of meeting / exceeding sales targets.  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills.  • Strategic thinker who can combine big-picture planning with hands-on execution.  • Ability to travel, build relationships in field, maintain technical credibility.  •Good understanding of manufacturing / supply side constraints, quality expectations, and after-sales service.
