The Sales Head will be responsible for leading and managing the entire sales team, driving revenue growth, achieving targets, and executing the company’s sales strategy. The role acts as the CEO’s representative for all sales operations, ensuring alignment with business goals and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage the complete sales team (inside sales, field sales, channel partners).

• Implement sales strategies and targets in line with the CEO’s vision.

• Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.
