Job Description

As a Sales Head at Lineproof Engineering, you will be responsible for leading the sales strategy and driving growth in our mechanical seals, rotary joints/unions, bearing isolators, rubber & diaphragm products business. Lineproof Engineering is a trusted manufacturer of high-performance seals, shafts, and engineering solutions, committed to innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Define and execute the sales strategy to meet or exceed revenue & margin targets. - Lead, mentor, and grow the sales team through hiring, training, and performance management. - Identify new markets, channels, and customer segments to expand the customer base. - Maintain and develop relationships with key clients and stakeholders. - Collaborate with engineering, product, operations & supply chain teams to ensure product quality, delivery timelines, and customer satisfaction. - Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior leadership. - Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and gather customer feedback to inform product & positioning decisions. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience (5+ years) in sales leadership, preferably in mechanical seals / industrial / process equipment / engineering components. - Strong track record of meeting / exceeding sales targets. - Excellent communication & negotiation skills. - Strategic thinker who can combine big-picture planning with hands-on execution. - Ability to travel, build relationships in the field, and maintain technical credibility. - Good understanding of manufacturing / supply side constraints, quality expectations, and after-sales service.
