Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in India.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team to ensure high performance and skill development.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in sales management, preferably within the Indian market.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Proficient in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
