Job Summary
The Two-Wheeler Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling two-wheeler vehicles (motorcycles, scooters, etc.), accessories, and related services to customers. The primary goal is to achieve and exceed sales targets while ensuring a superior customer experience throughout the entire sales and delivery process.
Roles and Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Engagement
Generate and Qualify Leads: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through showroom walk-ins, digital inquiries, cold calling, and referrals.
Product Presentation & Demonstration: Greet and engage customers, understand their needs, and present suitable two-wheeler models, explaining their features, specifications, and benefits. Conduct test rides responsibly.
Consultative Selling: Advise customers on the best vehicle choice, financing options, insurance, and accessories based on their requirements and budget.
Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate pricing and terms of sale, overcome customer objections, and successfully close sales deals.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
Process & DocumentationDocumentation: Assist customers with all necessary paperwork, including loan applications, registration forms, and insurance formalities, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Delivery Coordination: Coordinate with the logistics and service teams to ensure timely and smooth delivery of the vehicle to the customer.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up data in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Reporting: Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and forecasts to the Sales Manager.
After-Sales and Market KnowledgeCustomer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals. Provide excellent after-sales support.
Market Intelligence: Stay current with all company products, competitor models, pricing, sales promotions, and industry trends.
Promotional Activities: Participate in sales events, roadshows, and marketing activities organized by the dealership or company.
Qualifications and Skills
Education: Minimum of a High School Certificate (HSC) or Graduate degree in any discipline.
Freshers with a strong passion for sales and automobiles may be considered.

Licensing: Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license.
