Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to UK customers (B2C) from a provided database or lead list.
Understand customer requirements and present suitable telecom products and services.
Clearly explain product features, pricing, and contract terms.
Upsell and cross-sell services where applicable.
Achieve or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
Handle objections confidently and close sales professionally.
Follow compliance, quality, and data protection guidelines as per UK regulations (e.g., GDPR).

Requirements:

Minimum 3 months of experience required in any BPO, Customer service experience will also work.
Decent communication skills in English.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
Willingness to work UK shifts.
