We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven HR Operations Executive to support and manage various HR processes in our fast-paced BPO environment. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in HR operations, employee engagement, and compliance management in a BPO or similar setting. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and manage employee records and HR databases (attendance, leaves, documents, etc.) Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, ID creation, and exit formalities. Ensure accurate payroll inputs (attendance, leaves, shift rosters) and coordinate with payroll team. Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, payroll, benefits, etc. Support statutory compliance: PF, ESI, Gratuity, and labor law documentation. Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and MIS on a regular basis. Coordinate with recruitment, training, and admin teams for HR-related support. Ensure adherence to company HR policies and procedures.
