Job Summary:

Assistant Manager Outbound Sales

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and lead a team of
Tele Sales Executives
to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Monitor
daily outbound calls, conversions, and quality
using CRM and dialer tools.
Track and manage
KPIs
: Call Volume, AHT, Conversion Rate, Attrition, Absenteeism, etc.
Provide regular
coaching and feedback
to improve individual and team performance.
Handle
roster management
, leave planning, and ensure shift adherence.
Prepare and present
daily/weekly MIS and performance reports
to senior management.
Collaborate with QA and Training teams to ensure quality and compliance.
Drive
performance improvement plans (PIPs)
for underperforming team members.
Coordinate with WFM and HR for smooth operations and hiring needs.
