The PPC Manager is responsible for production planning, customer coordination, dispatch planning, and packing material control for the Yarn Dyeing & Winding unit, ensuring on-time delivery, efficient resource utilization, and customer satisfaction . Key Responsibilities: Prepare and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production plans . Coordinate with production, QC, stores, and dispatch teams for smooth execution. Act as SPOC for customers for order status and delivery commitments. Convert customer orders into production and dispatch plans. Plan and coordinate dispatches as per delivery schedules. Manage packing material planning and availability . Handle customer complaints , coordinate corrective actions, and ensure closure. Maintain basic MIS and reports for management review.
Key Responsibilities Supervise daily yarn dyeing operations . Ensure dyeing as per approved recipes, SOPs, and process parameters (temperature, pH, time, liquor ratio). Achieve production targets through effective machine and manpower allocation. Ensure right-first-time (RFT) dyeing and minimize reprocessing. Coordinate with QC / Lab for lab dip approval, bulk matching, and final clearance. Identify and resolve shade variations and dyeing defects . Supervise operators, manage shifts, attendance, and on-the-job training. Control dyes, chemicals, and auxiliary consumption ; coordinate with Stores / PPC.
