Role & responsibilities

  • Oversee daily cinema operations

    , including opening, mid, and closing procedures.
  • Manage staff hiring, training, scheduling, and performance

    , ensuring proper staffing levels.
  • Ensure excellent guest service

    , handling customer feedback and resolving issues.
  • Maintain facility safety, cleanliness, and technical functionality

    (screens, audio, seats).
  • Control inventory and cost of goods sold.

  • Coordinate film scheduling and box office operations.

  • Monitor sales performance and revenue targets

    , assisting in promotional activities.
  • Enforce health, safety, and operational policies.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including evenings/weekends.
