Key Responsibilities

Operations & Coordination

• Support daily operational tasks and ensure timelines are met.
• Coordinate with multiple departments to track activities and follow-ups.
• Maintain structured trackers and assist in preparing weekly status reports.
• Help plan internal meetings, discussions, and small-scale reviews.

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare and update operational summaries, task logs, and meeting notes.
• Collect and organize inputs from different teams for reports and dashboards.
• Ensure documents and trackers are consistently updated and accurate.

Process & Support

• Assist in improving small workflow gaps and suggest better ways to organize data.
• Help maintain compliance or record-keeping as per internal processes.
• Provide administrative and operational support for ongoing activities.

Communication

• Coordinate with teams to communicate updates, reminders, and next steps.
• Share timely reports or updates with reporting managers and stakeholders.
• Maintain clarity and accountability through proper documentation and follow-ups.

What You’ll Bring

• 2–4 years of experience in

  operations, coordination, or project support

  roles.
• Good communication, planning, and multitasking skills.
• Hands-on with

  Google Sheets, Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration tools

  (Asana, Notion, etc.).
• A structured mindset — able to follow through on details and deadlines.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn how operational processes connect across teams.
