We are hiring for the role of Costing Engineer Role & Responsibilities: Prepare detailed cost estimates for mechanical components, assemblies, and systems Analyze manufacturing processes to determine cost optimization opportunities Evaluate vendor quotations and perform cost comparison & benchmarking Coordinate with design, procurement, and production teams to collect data on materials, labor, and other resources Develop and maintain costing databases and costing models for accurate analysis Assist in pricing decisions for new RFQs and tenders Track actual vs. estimated costs and investigate any variances Support finance and sales teams with technical cost insights during bidding and negotiations Preferred Candidate Profile: Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering Experience: 3 to 6 years in cost estimation or costing roles within engineering or manufacturing industries Strong analytical skills and proficiency in cost modeling Familiarity with engineering drawings, BOMs, and manufacturing processes Good knowledge of costing tools and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc. preferred) Strong communication and coordination skills

Role & responsibilities Service Execution Attend to customer service requests for valves and skids across East India. Conduct installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and repair activities on-site. Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance as per service protocols. Document service reports and collect customer acknowledgment after each visit. Customer Handling Build strong rapport with customer maintenance teams and plant personnel. Address customer concerns promptly and provide confidence through technical competence. Escalate only critical issues while demonstrating problem-solving ability on-site. Support customers with spares identification, replacement planning, and recommendations. Coordination & Documentation Liaise with internal teams (Design, Quality, Spares, Manufacturing) to resolve field issues. Ensure accurate communication of service feedback to the central office. Assist in preparing quotations for spares and service jobs in coordination with the Service & Spares team. Maintain systematic records of service calls, parts replaced, and repeat issues. Performance Indicators (KPIs) Response time to customer service requests. First-time resolution rate of service issues. Customer satisfaction and repeat service engagement. Accuracy and timeliness of service documentation. Growth in spares and service revenue from assigned region.

Role & responsibilities 1. Production & Project Coordination Assist in planning and scheduling of manufacturing, assembly, and testing operations. Monitor production progress against project timelines and identify potential bottlenecks. Support order execution from engineering release to dispatch. Coordinate with design, procurement, and shop floor teams to ensure smooth workflow. 2. Material & Supply Chain Coordination Track material availability and follow up with the purchase team for critical items (castings, Forgings, piping components, instrumentation items). Coordinate with stores for inventory management and issue control. Support vendor follow-ups for outsourced components and subcontracted processes. 3. Quality & Documentation Ensure compliance with QAP, ITP, and customer specifications during manufacturing. Facilitate stage inspections and final testing with internal QA/QC and third-party IBR & customer inspectors. 4. Project Monitoring & Reporting Support to planning for daily/weekly project status reports and highlight delays or risks. Track KPIs such as On-Time Delivery (OTD), manufacturing lead time & cost, defect/rework, operational excellence. Support root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions for recurring issues. 5. Cross-Functional Coordination Act as an operational link between planning, design, supply chain, production, quality, stores & dispatch. Support after sales service team, customer visits, and internal review meetings. Participate in process improvement & drive initiatives till implementation. 6. Operational Excellence Deploy digital tools for production tracking and project monitoring. Support effective implementation & upgradation of ERP throughout the execution. Contribute to capacity expansion or technology upgradation initiatives. Preferred candidate profile Additional certification in Project Management or Operations will be an advantage
