As the PUD / Distribution Center Head, your primary role is to oversee all inbound and outbound operations at the PUD/Distribution Center, ensuring the timely, accurate, and profitable delivery of Apex / Surface shipments to customers. **Key Responsibilities:** - Supervise daily inbound and outbound Apex / Surface operations at the PUD/ Distribution Center, including P2P operations and EDL/ ODA deliveries. - Analyze load patterns periodically to plan pick-up and delivery routes for first and last-mile connectivity. - Monitor daily loads and plan delivery and pick-up schedules accordingly. - Ensure timely pickups and receipt of shipments from channel partners. - Monitor regulatory paperwork for completeness and accuracy. - Ensure availability of sufficient vehicles for operations. - Oversee vehicle placement and loading processes. - Ensure safe handling of all shipments and report any damaged cases. - Monitor staff attendance, conduct briefings, and provide necessary training. - Generate and maintain MIS related to the PUD / DC. **People:** - Provide direction, guidance, and support to employees. - Monitor team performance, mentor subordinates, and ensure adequate staffing. - Foster high employee engagement and retention of key performers. **Key Result Areas and Key Performance Indicators:** 1.
