Job Title: HR Recruitment Intern (Unpaid Internship | 3 Months | Gurgaon)Company: CogentHubCX.AI (Gurgaon)

About the Internship:

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), databases, and networking.
Screen resumes and applications for suitable roles.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain recruitment trackers and documentation.
Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job ads on various platforms.
Support in HR documentation and onboarding process.
Learn and support other HR functions as required.

Eligibility Criteria:

Pursuing or completed a degree in
MBA (HR), BBA, or any related field
.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to learn and take initiative.
Basic understanding of recruitment and HR concepts is a plus.
Available to work
on-site in Gurgaon
for 3 months.
