Recruiter Bulk Hiring (BPO)

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end recruitment for BPO voice & non-voice processes (inbound/outbound).
  • Manage walk-ins, job fairs, and telephonic hiring for bulk recruitment.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and database.
  • Conduct initial screening (telephonic/face-to-face) and schedule interviews.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers for interview feedback and selection.
  • Maintain daily/weekly recruitment reports and hiring trackers.
  • Meet hiring targets within defined timelines.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 2 year of experience in

    bulk hiring

    for BPO or similar domains
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing and screening techniques.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve recruitment targets.
  • Must be comfortable with fast-paced hiring environment.
