About the Role:

Bulk BPO Recruiters

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates through job portals (Naukri, Shine, etc.), social media, references, and databases.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment for voice, non-voice, inbound, outbound, and blended BPO roles.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain daily MIS/reports of recruitment activities and pipeline status.
• Follow up with candidates to ensure smooth joining and onboarding.
• Meet weekly/monthly hiring targets.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in

  bulk or BPO hiring

  .
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with job portals and other sourcing techniques.
• Must own a

  laptop and stable internet connection

  for remote work.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and handle pressure in a target-driven setup.

Good to Have:

• Prior experience hiring for international BPOs or night shifts.
• Regional language knowledge is a plus (Hindi, Marathi, Telugu, etc.).
• Prior work-from-home recruitment experience.
