Job Description

Pre-Sales Head Senior Manager for our BPO business

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Strategy:

    • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing pre-sales team.
    • Define the pre-sales strategy in alignment with sales and product goals.
    • Work closely with sales leadership to develop go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
  • Solutioning & Technical Expertise:

    • Own the technical relationship with prospects during the sales cycle.
    • Translate client requirements into tailored solutions using company offerings.
    • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure feasibility and innovation.
  • Sales Support & Enablement:

    • Lead the end to end solutioning process for BPO RFPs, RFIs,RFQs across verticals such as BFSI, Healthcare, Telecom, Retail, etc.
    • Build compelling value propositions and solution architectures.
    • Ensure technical and functional fit of proposed solutions.
  • Client Engagement:

    • Participate in client meetings, discovery sessions, and workshops.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to prospects and clients on solution design.
    • Assist in building long-term customer relationships that drive revenue growth.
  • Operational Excellence:

    • Develop and maintain pre-sales documentation, tools, and playbooks.
    • Track KPIs (win rate, deal velocity, PoC success rate) and optimize processes.
    • Ensure alignment between sales, delivery, and product roadmaps.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 8+years of experience in BPO pre-sales or solutioning across multiple geographies.
  • Strong understanding of global delivery models, pricing strategies (FTE-based, outcome-based), and transition frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to lead and mentor high-performing solutioning teams., marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Excellent storytelling, content development, and presentation skills
  • Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven marketing decisions
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, events, and international marketing initiativesExposure to both voice and non-voice BPO processes.
  • Knowledge of digital tools such as RPA, AI/ML in operations, workflow platforms.
  • Hands-on experience working with clients in North America, Europe, or APAC regions
