HR Generalist Intern

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
Support onboarding and induction of new hires.
Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
Assist in drafting HR policies, letters, and official communications.
Support employee engagement initiatives and internal events.
Handle basic HR queries and support general administrative tasks.
Help in coordinating training and development activities.

Eligibility Criteria:

Pursuing or recently completed
MBA (HR), BBA, or any related field

Strong interest in Human Resources and people operations.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Available to work
on-site in Kolkata
for the full duration.
