Job Description

HR Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and manage employee records and HR databases (attendance, leaves, documents, etc.)
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, ID creation, and exit formalities.
  • Ensure accurate payroll inputs (attendance, leaves, shift rosters) and coordinate with payroll team.
  • Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, payroll, benefits, etc.
  • Support statutory compliance: PF, ESI, Gratuity, and labor law documentation.
  • Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and MIS on a regular basis.
  • Coordinate with recruitment, training, and admin teams for HR-related support.
  • Ensure adherence to company HR policies and procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in

    HR operations

    , preferably in BPO/ITES industry.
  • Good understanding of HR systems, processes, and compliance requirements.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of HRIS tools is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
