Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:


Required Skills:

·      Proven experience in B2B/B2C sales, preferably within the renewable energy or solar industry.

·      Strong knowledge of solar energy products, services, and market trends.

·      Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

·      Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

·      Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

·      Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

A passion for sustainability and clean energy solutions.


 

Sales Development:

·      Identify and target new business opportunities, both commercial and Industrial, within the solar

market.

·      Generation of quality leads through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.

·      Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends and develop tailored sales

strategies.

Customer Relationship Management:

·      Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, offering expert advice on solar solutions.

·      Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.

·      Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback, ensuring quick resolution.

Product Knowledge & Presentations:

·      Stay up to date with the latest solar technologies, industry trends, and competitor offerings.

·      Assist customers in selecting the appropriate solar products and services based on their needs and

budget.

Negotiation & Closing Deals:

·      Present and negotiate pricing proposals, contracts, and terms to prospective clients.

·      Close sales and meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

·      Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth installation and service delivery.

Reporting & Documentation:

·      Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client information in the CRM system.

·      Provide regular sales reports for management and track progress toward targets.

·      Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
