Sales Executive – Solar Industry

ANYTIME SOLAR is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales & Marketing Executive with a strong background in the solar energy sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads and acquiring residential and commercial solar projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new leads for rooftop solar installations.
• Meet potential customers (residential and commercial) and pitch solar solutions.
• Conduct site visits, explain benefits, and coordinate with the technical team.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase project acquisition.
• Build strong client relationships and ensure high conversion rates.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and timely reporting to the management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales/marketing (preferably in the solar industry).
• Strong understanding of solar rooftop systems and government schemes (e.g., PM Suryaghar Yojana).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Target-driven and self-motivated.
• Own two-wheeler preferred.
