Job Description

As a Sales Executive / Sales Manager at our company located in Gurgaon Sector 47, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and ensuring customer satisfaction. With your proven track record in sales and leadership skills, you will lead a team to exceed sales targets and develop effective strategies to meet company goals. Key Responsibilities: - Team Management: Mentor and guide sales agents to improve performance. - Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective strategies to drive revenue growth. - Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business. - Market Analysis: Identify trends and opportunities for expansion through market research. - Performance Monitoring: Analyse sales metrics to assess team performance and make data-driven decisions. - Coaching and Development: Provide ongoing training to enhance team skills. - Collaboration with Other Departments: Work closely with marketing, operations, and finance teams for cohesive strategies. - Lead Generation: Oversee lead generation efforts and ensure effective follow-up with potential clients. - Negotiation and Closing: Assist in negotiating and closing high-value deals. - Compliance and Regulation: Ensure all sales activities comply with industry laws and regulations. - Meet and exceed sales targets: Ensure team members meet their assigned sales targets.
