About the Role:

Business Development & Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, digital channels, and walk-ins
  • Pitch luxury real estate projects (Residential & Commercial) to clients
  • Conduct property presentations and coordinate site visits
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential buyers
  • Negotiate and close high-ticket property deals
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain CRM data and generate sales reports

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1+ years of real estate or sales experience
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage HNI clients and investment-driven buyers
  • Own vehicle preferred (for site visits)
