About the job We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Advertising Specialist to manage and optimize digital ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads platforms. This is an on-site position, and you will report directly to the Head of Marketing. The ideal candidate has a strong background in performance marketing, creative strategy, and campaign execution, with a track record of driving measurable results. Key Responsibilities: Plan, launch, and optimize advertising campaigns across Meta and Google to drive leads, engagement, and conversions Develop data-driven ad strategies aligned with marketing objectives and target audience behavior Design and iterate on ad creatives (images, videos, and copy) that resonate with the audience and align with brand guidelines Perform A/B testing on creatives, audiences, placements, and bidding strategies to improve performance Monitor and analyze campaign metrics daily to ensure performance goals are met or exceeded Collaborate closely with the marketing, content, and design teams to ensure messaging consistency across all channels Stay current with the latest ad platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry best practices Prepare regular reports with actionable insights for the Head of Marketing. Requirements Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns Deep understanding of digital advertising funnels, performance metrics, and audience segmentation Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager Experience in developing and optimizing ad creatives using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or Figma Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to campaign management Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment Preferred: Experience in real estate or performance marketing environments Certifications in Meta Blueprint and/or Google Ads are a plus Show more Show less
