Sales Executive (Real Estate)

Job Description: As a Sales Executive in the Real Estate department at Realtors Deals, your role involves helping clients sell properties and guiding them through the buying/selling process with professionalism and integrity. Key Responsibilities: - Generate sales leads through cold calling and online marketing activities. - Work on verified leads, follow-ups, arrange site visits, and assist in closing deals. - Interact with customers to determine their requirements, address their queries, explain project/services, and demonstrate features and benefits. - Manage clients at the site in the absence of the Sales team lead. - Keep records of calls and sales, noting useful information in the CRM. Qualifications Required: - Strong analytical and project management skills with a confident and dynamic personality. - Strong creative outlook. - Excellent communication, negotiation, client relationship, and management skills. - Minimum 1 to 4 years of experience in selling Luxury Apartments (High ticket selling). - Highly skilled, motivated, and target-oriented individual. - Self-motivated, self-starter with excellent time management skills. - Proven track record of successfully meeting sales targets.
