Job Overview:
We are looking for a Sales & Business Development Person to add to our team who can drive sales, identify new market opportunities, and expand our customer base. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in B2B sales, market research, customer relationship management, and strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Growth & Sales Development
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the industrial automation sector.
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers, distributors, and industry stakeholders.
Generate leads, negotiate deals, and close high-value sales.
2. Market Research & Strategy
Analyze industry trends, customer needs, and strategies to create a competitive edge.
Identify new market segments and develop go-to-market strategies.
Provide insights on pricing, product positioning, and market demands.
3. Client Relationship Management
Act as a primary point of contact for key clients and strategic partners.
Conduct product presentations, demos, and meetings with potential clients.
Ensure excellent after-sales service and long-term partnerships.
4. Collaboration & Team Coordination
Work closely with engineering, product development, and marketing teams to refine offerings based on market feedback.
Develop proposals, contracts, and business agreements with customers.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelors/Masters in Business, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, & strategic partnership in industrial automation, manufacturing, or robotics sectors.
Skills Required:
Strong understanding of technology market dynamics.
Excellent sales negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to identify and create new market opportunities.
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Good knowledge of CRM tools, business analytics, and sales reporting.
Willingness to travel extensively to meet clients and attend industry events.
