Role Overview We are seeking a passionate and skilled Mechanical Design Engineer to lead end-to-end design and development of mechanical systems and automation machines. The candidate should be proficient in SolidWorks and possess strong fundamentals in mechanical design, calculations, component selection, and product optimizationfrom concept to deployment. Key Responsibilities Design and develop mechanical components, assemblies, and complete machines using SolidWorks . Perform FEA and structural simulations to validate designs under real-life conditions. Execute mechanical design calculations (stress, torque, load, fatigue, motion, etc.). Select appropriate mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic components for performance and cost optimization. Create manufacturing-ready drawings , BOMs, and GD&T documentation.
