Job Description

As an US Sales Executive at Mindtel, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the US market. Your role will involve building and maintaining relationships with potential and existing clients, conducting market research to understand current trends and customer needs, and developing sales strategies to drive business growth. Collaboration with marketing and product teams is essential to align sales efforts effectively. You will be expected to prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to stakeholders, monitor and report on sales performance metrics and KPIs, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively. Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients is a key aspect of the role, along with attending industry events and networking opportunities to represent Mindtel. Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions, staying updated on industry developments and competitor activities, and training and mentoring junior sales staff as needed are also part of your responsibilities. Utilizing CRM software to track sales leads and customer information, contributing ideas for improving product offerings and sales tactics, and demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills will be crucial in achieving and exceeding sales targets. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field and have proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the US market. Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools, and excellent organizational and time management skills are required. A proactive approach to identifying and addressing customer needs, willingness to travel for business purposes, strong negotiation skills, ability to adapt to changing market conditions, and interest in continuous learning and professional development are essential attributes for success in this role.
