Sales & Business Development: Generate new leads and identify potential clients in industries such as food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, logistics, and welding, who require dry ice or CO2 liquid. Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals. Promote and sell dry ice and CO2 liquid products, including their benefits, features, and applications. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers. Customer Relationship Management: Regularly follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met and provide exceptional customer service. Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide after-sales support to ensure long-term business relationships. Work closely with the operations and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and quality service for clients. Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in the CO2 liquid and dry ice industry. Identify new business opportunities and propose strategies to expand market share. Monitor industry developments to identify areas for business growth. Sales Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and orders in the CRM system. Provide regular sales reports, including progress towards targets, forecasts, and any issues encountered during the sales process. Collaborate with the sales team to track leads and optimize sales strategies. Collaboration & Teamwork: Work closely with the marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure smooth communication and service delivery. Assist in the planning and execution of promotional campaigns and trade events. Contribute ideas to improve sales processes and customer satisfaction. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, or a related field. Proven experience in sales, ideally within the industrial or manufacturing sectors (experience in CO2, dry ice, or related industries is a plus). Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage clients and negotiate deals. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines, while being a team player. A strong customer-focused attitude and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software. Knowledge of CO2 liquid and dry ice applications and industries is preferred. Additional Skills: Ability to analyze and understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions. Strong negotiation skills with a focus on closing deals. Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and market exploration.
