Job Overview We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to join our team in the Fire Safety, ELV, and Fire Fighting solutions industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, technical knowledge of fire safety and related systems, and the ability to lead a team while developing strategic sales plans to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to increase market share and drive revenue in the fire safety, ELV, and fire fighting solutions sector. Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and close sales in line with company targets. Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and repeat business. Team Leadership Lead and manage a sales team, providing direction, training, and motivation to ensure performance targets are met or exceeded. Oversee the performance of sales representatives and provide coaching to improve sales tactics and outcomes. Monitor team performance metrics and develop strategies to improve team efficiency and productivity. Market Analysis & Reporting Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities in the fire safety and ELV sectors. Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and recommendations to senior management. Analyze sales data and market conditions to adjust strategies and maximize business opportunities. Technical Knowledge & Product Promotion Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in fire safety, ELV systems, and fire fighting products to effectively promote solutions to potential clients. Collaborate with the technical team to ensure that all solutions offered meet client specifications and regulatory standards. Customer Relationship Management Build long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers in target industries (e.g., construction, real estate, industrial, commercial sectors). Ensure timely delivery of solutions and services to meet customer requirements and project timelines. Contract Negotiation Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring that pricing, terms, and conditions align with company policies. Work closely with legal and contracts teams to finalize agreements and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations. Collaboration With Other Departments Work closely with the engineering, procurement, and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery of products and services. Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to provide customer feedback and input for product enhancements. Compliance & Safety Ensure all sales processes comply with safety, legal, and regulatory standards related to fire safety, ELV systems, and fire fighting equipment. Promote a culture of safety within the team and among clients, emphasizing the importance of fire prevention and safety regulations. Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Fire Safety, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. Additional certifications in fire safety systems, ELV solutions, or fire fighting systems is a plus. Experience Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales within the fire safety, ELV, and fire fighting industry. Proven track record in managing a sales team and achieving targets. Strong understanding of fire safety regulations, ELV systems, and fire fighting products and solutions. Skills Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage complex sales cycles and handle client inquiries. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
