Job Description

As a Sales Executive in our company, you will play a crucial role in driving customer acquisition and maintaining strong relationships across various industries such as plastics, coatings, and chemicals. Your responsibilities will include: - Identifying potential customers and cultivating long-term relationships to drive repeat business and ensure customer satisfaction. - Collaborating with the Head of Sales to execute sales strategies and achieve individual and team sales targets. - Researching and generating new sales leads through various channels such as trade shows, networking events, cold calling, and digital outreach. - Conducting product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions with potential clients, customizing the message to meet their specific needs. - Leading negotiations on pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales deals successfully. - Staying informed on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide valuable insights for shaping the sales strategy. - Collaborating with marketing, R&D, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and address technical or service-related queries. - Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status, and preparing regular sales reports as needed. - Ensuring compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and industry-specific protocols during client interactions and product promotions. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field. - 2-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the chemicals or manufacturing industry, with knowledge of organic peroxides being beneficial. - Strong sales skills, industry knowledge, communication abilities, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative mindset. - Proficiency in organization, time management, technology tools, and willingness to travel for customer meetings and industry events.
