We are committed to delivering high-quality products and exceptional service to our customers. We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team and drive our sales initiatives. Key Responsibilities Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by promoting and selling our range of premium spirits.Market Penetration: Identify and develop new business opportunities by targeting potential clients in the HoReCa (Hotel, Restaurant, Café) segment, retail outlets, and other relevant channels.Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information and recommendations.Brand Promotion: Execute brand promotions and marketing activities at the point of sale, ensuring brand visibility and effective merchandising.Sales Reporting: Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, including sales data, client feedback, and market insights to the Sales Manager.Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Provide feedback and suggestions for product improvements and new product launches.Inventory Management: Coordinate with distributors and retailers to ensure optimal stock levels, timely deliveries, and effective product rotation.Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with legal regulations and company policies, particularly those related to the sale of alcoholic beverages. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.Experience: 2-4 years of sales experience in the liquor industry or FMCG sector, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Must have knowledge of Nagpur UPC Market & Gondia & Bhandara Skills Strong negotiation and communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
