Job Title:

Sales Executive – Hologram Advertising (Railway Stations)

Location:

As per assigned railway zones / cities (Initially Trivandrum and Kottayam)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive revenue through

the sale of hologram-based advertising slots installed at high-footfall railway stations. The

role involves identifying potential advertisers, pitching innovative holographic advertising

solutions, closing deals, and managing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

  • Identify and onboard potential advertisers including retail brands, FMCG companies, real

estate developers, educational institutions, entertainment brands, Jewelers, Large Textiles,

Auto brand dealers and government agencies.

  • Generate leads through field visits, cold calls, referrals, and networking.
  • Pitch hologram advertising solutions highlighting visibility, innovation, footfall, and ROI.
  • Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Client Engagement & Closure:

  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Understand client marketing objectives and propose customized advertising packages.
  • Negotiate pricing and commercial terms in line with company policies.
  • Coordinate with internal operations teams for campaign execution.

Market Intelligence & Reporting:

  • Monitor competitor activities in digital advertising.
  • Maintain accurate sales data, pipelines, and client records.
  • Submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

Relationship Management:

  • Maintain strong post-sale relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Address client queries and ensure campaign satisfaction.

Target Customers:

  • National and regional brands
  • Local businesses near railway stations
  • Real estate developers
  • Retail chains, Jewelers, Hospitals, Large Textile Brands
  • Educational institutions
  • OTT platforms and movie promotions
  • Government and PSU awareness campaigns

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Ability to explain new technology in simple terms
  • Willingness to travel

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or sales
  • 1–2 years of experience in advertising sales, digital media, or B2B sales preferred
  • Experience in media or innovative advertising solutions is an added advantage
