Job Description

Role & responsibilities

FRESHERS ARE ALSO ALLOWED

  1. Identify and appoint new dealers, distributors, and channel partners.
  2. Meet architects, builders, consultants, and contractors to generate project sales.
  3. Promote the full range of piping solutions ( pipes, fittings, plumbing systems, industrial pipes, etc.).
  4. Achieve sales targets in both retail and project segments.
  5. Regularly visit market to track dealer stock levels, competitor pricing, and market demand.
  6. Conduct plumber/contractor meets and provide product awareness sessions.
  7. Maintain healthy relationships with key influencers (plumbers, site engineers, project consultants).
  8. Ensure timely collections of outstanding payments as per company policy.
  9. Submit daily/weekly/monthly sales activity reports to the Regional Head.
  10. Organize site visits, product demos, and training programs for plumbers/contractors.
