Key Responsibilities:
· Engage with clients to understand their technical requirements and recommend suitable CAD software, machinery, or training equipment.
· Lead in-depth technical presentations, product demos, and on-site/virtual consultations.
· Provide expert-level pre-sales support including solution design, proposal creation, and RFP responses.
· Build and nurture long-term relationships with key accounts in education and industrial sectors.
· Collaborate with technical, sales, and marketing teams to develop proposals, collateral, and lead generation campaigns.
· Represent the company at industry events, webinars, trade shows, and training sessions.
· Provide post-sales guidance and coordinate with technical support for escalations or installations.

Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
· 3–5 years of experience in technical sales, pre-sales, or application engineering involving:
o CAD/CAM/CAE software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Fusion 360)
o Industrial machinery or training lab equipment (CNC, robotics, automation)
· Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Solid understanding of engineering workflows, product design, or technical education.
· Proficiency in English (verbal and written); knowledge of other regional languages is a plus.
