Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a COMPOSITE FEA Manager and FEA Lead at Adroitec Information Systems Limited located in Chennai. The role involves overseeing Finite Element Analysis projects, managing a team, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions within the specified timelines.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and Composite materials
• Experience in managing FEA projects and leading a team
• Proficiency in CAD software and simulation tools
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree or Ph.D in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Experience in the Automotive or Aerospace industry is a plus
