Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Engineer, located in Noida. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, conducting product demonstrations, and assisting the sales team with pre-sales and post-sales activities. Day-to-day tasks include identifying customer needs, developing customized solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and working closely with the engineering and sales teams to drive technology adoption.

Qualifications

• 2 years of Experience in sales/MBA with Engineering degree
• Technical Support and Customer Service skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to understand complex technical solutions and explain them clearly
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• Experience in the software or technology industry is a plus
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
