Role Description

This is a full-time role for COMPOSITE Part Design and Development Engineers / Lead at Composite Lab, Adroitec Information Systems Limited located in Chennai. The role involves executing design & Development of composite structures and parts for Defense, Aero and Marine applications. Each one will have end-to-end development responsibility, hence knowledge of Design, validation and prototyping of New product Development & Value engineering are essential.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Composite materials, Design and process
• Experience in managing NPD with Value Engineering
• Proficiency in CAD software and simulation tools
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree or Ph.D in Composite/Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Experience in the Marine, Automotive or Aerospace industry is a plus
