Role & responsibilities

  • Drive business growth within the assigned region with confidence and strategic acumen.

  • Utilize CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Zoho, or SAP to manage customer relationships and sales processes effectively.

  • Engage in direct customer interactions, including in-person visits, to foster strong business relationships.

  • Develop and execute strategic action plans that align with organizational goals, with a strong focus on profitability.

  • Create and deliver impactful presentations to clients and stakeholders with confidence.

  • Maintain accurate daily and monthly sales reports, including forecasting insights to identify revenue growth opportunities and potential action plans.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Sales Professional having an MBA in marketing with a Mechanical Engineering degree.

  • Good knowledge of working in a CRM system like Salesforce or similar.

  • Willingness to travel based on sales needs.

  • Good knowledge of English and the local language must.

  • Powerpoint knowledge must be for making and giving presentations to customers.
