Sales Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer to drive business growth by acquiring new customers and managing relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong mechanical background, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to meet sales targets in an engineering or industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new customers to expand the client base.
• Manage and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
• Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as per company objectives.
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities.
• Maintain regular reports on sales activities and performance.

Educational Qualification:

• UG: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / B.Tech or B.E. in Mechanical Engineering

Required Skills and Competencies:

• 4–7 years of experience in industrial / engineering sales.
• Strong understanding of mechanical or manufacturing products and applications.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
• Willingness to travel as per business requirements.
