Make design for engineering components such as gears , bushes , crankcases, crankshaft , impellors in PTC Creo.
Design, develop and engineer high-quality models using 3D and 2D Creo tools
for industrial products, fixtures, patterns, and molds.
Make Models & designs that meet targets for feasibility, performance, costs, quality, safety.
Should have knowledge of ASME & TEMA. Should possess knowledge of welding methods.
Should independently be able to Interact with manufacturing teams and clients, as necessary to obtain critical design information necessary to complete projects within the intended time frame.
Update and maintain product design files.
Train and guide Production Engineers on engineered design.
Determine limitations, assumptions, and solutions in the design and development of Creo models.
Assist in the implementation of Creo engineering applications.
The candidate must have good proficiency in designing for Industrial machinery such as Compressors , Pumps , Motors on Creo PTC software and must be able to create models, Show Welding, and possess knowledge of making fixtures, and patterns.
Minimum 4 years experience required.
