Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop

  Sheet Metal and Surface components

  using Creo software, ensuring accuracy, manufacturability, and structural integrity.
• Create and manage

  3D models, 2D drawings, and large assemblies

  in compliance with engineering standards.
• Work on

  weldments, machining processes, and fabrication-oriented design

  .
• Perform

  GD&T application and tolerance stack-up analysis

  to ensure robust and reliable designs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain) to deliver projects within timelines.
• Conduct

  design reviews, feasibility studies, and mechanical calculations

  for strength, durability, and performance.
• Provide innovative design solutions to improve product efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in

  heavy engineering, earthmoving, and construction equipment design
