Creo Design Engineer

As a Cable Tray Designer, your role involves designing and developing cable trays, cable ladders, mesh trays, and related support systems using PTC Creo. You will be responsible for preparing 3D models, assemblies, and detailed drawings for fabrication and installation. Ensuring that the designs comply with industry standards such as NEMA, IEC, and IS, as well as project specifications, will be a key part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will work on material selection, thickness optimization, load capacity, and structural integrity of tray systems. Collaboration with electrical, structural, and project engineering teams is essential to align cable management designs with overall layouts. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop cable trays, cable ladders, mesh trays, and related support systems using PTC Creo. - Prepare 3D models, assemblies, and detailed drawings for fabrication and installation. - Ensure designs comply with industry standards (NEMA, IEC, IS, etc.) and project specifications. - Work on material selection, thickness optimization, load capacity, and structural integrity of tray systems. - Collaborate with electrical, structural, and project engineering teams to align cable management designs with overall layouts. - Possess strong hands-on experience in PTC Creo (Part, Assembly, Sheet Metal, and Drafting modules). - Demonstrate knowledge of cable tray types (perforated, ladder, wire mesh, trunking, GI, SS, Aluminum) and support accessories. - Have familiarity with cable routing, load calculations, and tray sizing. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in PTC Creo software. - Knowledge of industry standards such as NEMA, IEC, and IS. - Experience in designing cable trays and related support systems. - Strong collaboration and communication skills. - Understanding of material selection, load capacity, and structural integrity. - Familiarity with cable routing and load calculations.,
