Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop plastic interior and exterior cabin components for #Backhoe / #Heavyequipment vehicles
• Perform surface modeling using #Creo for #cabin trims, #panels, #consoles, #covers, and #claddings
• Create plastic part designs considering manufacturability (#Injection Molding)
• Work on part modeling, assembly modeling, and detailing using Creo
• Ensure compliance with #DFMEA, GD&T, and automotive plastic design standards
• Perform fit, finish, and gap analysis for cabin parts
• Integrate plastic parts with #sheetmetal, #rubber, #glass, and #trim components
• Support tooling feasibility, draft analysis, thickness checks, #ribs, #bosses, #snaps, and #undercuts
• Prepare and release 2D drawings with proper tolerances and annotations
