Role Description:

As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong customer relationships in the assigned territory (M.P. region), The headquarters will be Indore. This role combines technical knowledge with commercial expertise to identify customer needs, provide suitable product solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction. You will work closely with the technical and marketing teams to promote company products, manage key accounts, and achieve sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, dealers, and distributors in the M.P. region.
  • Understand customer requirements and propose technically sound and cost-effective product solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets, revenue growth, and market share in the territory.
  • Conduct site visits for application understanding, troubleshooting, and technical support.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with customers.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, service, design) for smooth execution of projects.
  • Provide timely reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts.


Qualifications & Skills: Key Responsibilities:

Education:

  • B.E./B.Tech/ITI/Diploma

    .

Experience:

  • 1–2 years of experience or Freshers with strong aptitude and interest in sales may also be considered.

Technical Skills:

  • Basic understanding of pumps, motors, or industrial equipment.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and customer-focused.
  • Good problem-solving ability and willingness to travel extensively.

Other:

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Fluency in English & Hindi (local language knowledge is an advantage).
