Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Mumbai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional tasks include developing and implementing sales strategies, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the marketing team to align sales goals with promotional activities. The Sales Manager will also participate in industry events and provide feedback to improve product offerings and services.

Qualifications

• Sales, Negotiation, and Business Development skills
• Ability to develop and execute sales strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM) experience
• Knowledge of the pump industry or related sectors is an advantage
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
