Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Mumbai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a sales team, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include customer relationship management, market research, sales presentations, and negotiations. The Sales Manager will work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and product delivery.

• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Experience in managing sales teams and developing sales strategies
• Excellent customer relationship management and communication skills
• Ability to conduct market research and analyze market trends
• Familiarity with the industrial, municipal, construction, and agricultural sectors
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office
• Willingness to travel as required
